Absolutely awful! I have been waiting for a refund for around 4 months - I am now being completely ignored by them and seeking legal advice! I have never experienced such bad customer service and will never shop with them ever again.
easy to order , kept up to date as to where order was. picked up in store. all items as expected and fitted well. very pleased

They don’t reply to emails and according to my returns label you are unable to return items brought in sales
Sizes all over the place, not true to size, cheap products, expensive to return, can not return to store. £20 worth of kids products off to charity as no good.
